Chalmette Elementary School
Welcome to the 2016-17 school year, a year of promise and possibilities. With an enthusiastic, talented, and well-trained faculty and staff, we are ready to challenge our students to expand their knowledge and reasoning skills within the framework of the Louisiana Student Standards.
We hope that you will find our new school website to be an invaluable tool to improve home-school communication. The information, including school event calendars and individual teacher pages, is designed to assist you in taking an active role in your child’s education.
However, the website should not take the place of direct parent-teacher dialogue, the most valuable means of communication. I look forward to working with each of you to support your child throughout the year as together we open the doors to new adventures in learning.
